With a completed design, now it is time to finalize your plans. The approved design is passed along to our construction document team. The construction document technician will work with yourself and the designer to ensure we have a final, custom set of plans that captures your unique design. The plans are then reviewed for accuracy prior to being engineered. Once completed we send one final set of preliminary drawings back to yourself for your final stamp of approval.

Once the plans have been finalized we will have your plans engineered. Not only do most counties require engineered plans, an engineer will provide a structurally sound design for your investment. While you are free to choose an engineer at your discretion, we have a local engineer we prefer to work with. Lastly, we will coordinate our plans with the engineers drawing in order to ensure the design works as planned.
