About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated 3D Rendering Interior Specialist to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in growing their career in a creative environment and to gain hands-on experience in both interior and exterior design projects. You'll contribute to visualizing design concepts through 3D modeling and renderings, and support marketing efforts through the creation of engaging brochures and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of interior and exterior design through enlisting the 7 principles of interior design to carry the same language of style from exterior to interior. 
• Create 3D models and high-quality renderings using Chief Architect and Twinmotion
• Collaborate with the design team to produce 3D color renderings for presentations and client reviews.
• Support the production of marketing materials, including brochures and digital content.
• Help maintain design documentation and contribute to ongoing project development.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of interior and exterior design.
  
  
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools – experience with Chief Architect and Twinmotion is ideal, but knowledge of other 3D or BIM software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD) is welcome.
  
  
• Strong eye for furniture space planning and using the 7 principles of interior design.
• Understanding of Architectural and Interior design styles and how to carry the same language of style from exterior to interior.
• Kitchen and bath design knowledge specifically to cabinets, materials, and finishes needed. 
• Ability to create clear and visually compelling presentation materials.
  
  
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in residential architecture with a strong grasp of design principles, technical drawing, and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in shaping beautiful, functional homes—from initial concept through detailed design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop residential floor plans and exterior elevations
  
  
• Create and refine complex roof designs with attention to both aesthetics and construction feasibility
  
  
• Produce high-quality sketches and design concepts for client presentations and internal review
  
  
• Develop accurate 3D models and BIM documentation for design development and construction
  
  
• Collaborate with clients, customers, and internal teams to manage projects from concept through design development phase
  
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time and align with client goals and budget constraints
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design
  
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing floor plans, elevations, and 3D modeling
  
  
• Proficiency in creating complex roof designs and sketching design concepts
  
  
• Solid project management and communication skills
  
  

Experience with BIM and 3D modeling software (Chief Architect preferred; Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar also acceptable)
